REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your OraFlow™ Pro. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
